What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer regular cleaning of apartments and houses, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, office and commercial space cleaning, window washing and cleaning before/after moving.
What is included in standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning includes vacuuming and floor washing, wiping accessible surfaces, kitchen cleaning (without interior appliance cleaning), bathroom and toilet cleaning, and trash removal. Cleaning scope is always agreed in advance.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is more thorough. It includes cleaning hard-to-reach areas, detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, removal of larger dirt, and by agreement also window, door and frame washing.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional and safe cleaning products. On request, we can use eco-friendly products or products supplied by the client.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you don't. You can be present, or hand over keys to us, or arrange other access. We ensure reliability and discretion.
How long does cleaning take?
Cleaning time depends on space size, type of cleaning and level of dirtiness.
How is cleaning price determined?
Price depends on area, type of cleaning and requested additional services. Price is always agreed in advance and does not change without your consent.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. We offer weekly cleaning, cleaning every 14 days, and individual schedules. We have favorable conditions for regular clients.
Can I choose a specific day and time for cleaning?
Yes, we try to adapt to your schedule as much as possible. We recommend reserving a date in advance.
Do you work on weekends or holidays?
Yes, by prior arrangement.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
If you have any comments, contact us as soon as possible. We will fix any deficiencies free of charge.
Do you take responsibility for client property?
Yes. Our staff are trained in careful handling. We handle any damage fairly and individually.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
No. We arrive with our own professional equipment and cleaning products.
What cities do you serve?
We primarily operate in Prague and by arrangement we also provide cleaning in the surrounding area (Prague-west, Prague-east and other parts of Central Bohemian Region).
