What Data We Process

• Request data: cleaning type, area, frequency, additional services, notes.

• Processing requests and communication: contract performance or negotiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Records and service improvement: legitimate interest in operation and development (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligations (e.g., accounting): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Who We Share Data With

For form submissions, we use Web3Forms service (email delivery intermediary). IT service providers may have access to data only to the necessary extent and based on contractual safeguards.

Retention Period

• Requests and communication: usually up to 24 months from resolution.
• Accounting documents: according to legal deadlines (5–10 years).

Cookies and Analytics

To continuously improve our services, website and advertising campaigns, we use tools from Google Ireland Limited:

• Google Search Console – anonymous tracking of website performance in search.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – anonymized data on visits (device type, visit duration, website behavior).
• Google Ads – measuring advertising campaign effectiveness, conversions and related cookies (e.g., for remarketing), always only with consent.

Your consent: Google Analytics and Google Ads are activated only after clicking "I Agree" in the cookie bar. Without consent, these scripts are not loaded and no analytical or advertising cookies are stored.

Option to refuse: If you choose "Necessary Only", no analytical or advertising cookies will be stored and your visit will not be recorded in GA or Google Ads. The website remains fully functional.
