Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and Lesktop when providing cleaning services.

Ordering and Confirmation

• Orders can be placed via the contact/calculator form or by email.
• The order is binding after our written confirmation (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Prices listed on the website are approximate; final price is determined based on scope and specifications.
• Payment is made by transfer or cash by agreement. Payment is typically due within 7 days of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the date: no fee.
• Later cancellation or no access on site: we may charge compensation up to 50% of the estimated price.

Service Process

• The customer ensures access to the premises and basic conditions (water, electricity, access).
• In case of specific materials/requirements, please inform us in advance so we can choose appropriate products.

Complaints

Please file a complaint without undue delay, ideally within 24 hours of service. We will arrange a remedy within a reasonable time.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by breach of our obligations under the law. We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects or normal wear and tear.
